Since I haven't got the reply and it is important. Since Melty Blood is conducted in keyboard, there will problem will phantom key blocking (key jamming) with default keys. I have provided a solution to this in my email by doing a quick change to the keys. So i would like to plea to the community to allow key changes in the tourney.
